1. General Overview
StreetSleek provides a platform where registered vendors can display and sell fashion products, and customers can browse and purchase items. StreetSleek is not the manufacturer or direct seller of most products listed.
2. Terms for Customers
2.1 Account Registration
• Customers may browse the site without creating an account.
• To make a purchase, you may need to create an account with accurate personal information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2.2 Orders & Payments
• Prices displayed include our markup and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.
• StreetSleek may cancel or reject orders in cases of payment failure, fraud suspicion, or unavailability of products.
2.3 Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery timelines vary based on vendor location and logistics providers.
• Vendors are responsible for fulfilling and delivering orders; StreetSleek is not liable for delays or failed deliveries.
2.4 Returns & Refunds
• Return policies vary by vendor. Please review individual vendor policies before purchasing.
• StreetSleek will assist in resolving disputes but is not liable for returns or refunds unless due to a proven fault on our platform.
2.5 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Post fake reviews or feedback.
• Violate the intellectual property of StreetSleek or vendors.
3. Terms for Vendors
3.1 Vendor Registration
• Vendors must apply and be approved before listing products.
• Registration may be free or paid depending on the promotion or plan selected.
3.2 Vendor Responsibilities
• Vendors must ensure that product listings are accurate, with correct pricing, stock availability, and clear images.
• Vendors are solely responsible for order fulfillment and customer service regarding their products.
• Vendors must comply with Nigerian consumer protection laws.
3.3 Commissions and Fees
• StreetSleek charges a 10% commission on each completed sale.
• Additional advertising or promotional fees may apply for premium exposure.
3.4 Delivery & Logistics
• Vendors are responsible for arranging their logistics unless otherwise agreed with StreetSleek.
• Delivery issues must be promptly communicated to customers.
3.5 Product Restrictions
Vendors are prohibited from listing:
• Counterfeit or fake products.
• Offensive, illegal, or restricted goods (e.g., weapons, drugs).
• Items that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or any IP laws.
3.6 Termination
• StreetSleek reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor’s account for violation of these terms, poor performance, or fraudulent activities.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on StreetSleek, including logos, design, images, and text, is the intellectual property of StreetSleek or its content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the website without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
• StreetSleek is a marketplace and does not manufacture, stock, or directly ship products.
• We are not liable for damages, losses, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of products purchased through the platform.
6. Dispute Resolution
• StreetSleek may mediate between customers and vendors, but final responsibility lies with the respective parties.
• Legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
