Thank you for shopping with StreetSleek.com.ng. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which items can be returned on our platform. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Return Policy
StreetSleek is a fashion marketplace that connects customers with various vendors. Each vendor is responsible for their own products, but StreetSleek helps facilitate returns when necessary. All return requests must be made through StreetSleek, not directly with the vendor.
2. Return Eligibility
You may be eligible to return an item if:
• You received the wrong item.
• The product delivered was damaged or defective.
• The item is significantly different from what was described or shown on the website.
• You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging and tags attached.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted if:
• The item has been used, worn, or washed.
• The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
• The item was sold under a “no return” or “final sale” label.
• The item was damaged by the customer after delivery.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, you must:
• Contact us via email at admin@streetsleek.com.ng or WhatsApp at +234 704 688 0910 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number, clear pictures or videos of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue.
After review, we will confirm if the return is approved. If so, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
5. Return Shipping
If the item is incorrect, damaged, or not as described, the vendor or StreetSleek will cover the return shipping cost. For all other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
6. Inspection and Approval
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you may be offered a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the vendor’s policy.
